nano ABUSE- Where will it end?

Ever since goverments announced they wanted to promote research into nanotechnology and proposed generous budgets so that their respective nations would not fall behind technologically, we have seen the use of the word/title "nano" multiply. So much so that even children with no concept of what nanotechnology is use in it conversation, like "hang on a nanosecond".

Ford Resort to Nanotechnology in Search of Fuel Economy

In the search for materials with improved strength and reduced weight, Ford have looked to nanotechnology to provide the answers. Deciding not to mess around they have gone straight to the LEAP.
