Multi Objective Clip Cable geometry Design Optimization: ANSYS Workbench + modeFRONTIER
In this webinar, a detailed multi-objective design optimization of a clip-cable geometry, coupling ANSYS Workbench simulation with the modeFRONTIER optimization tool, will be described. Five optimization objectives will be contemporaneously taken into consideration: minimization of 1) the contact frictional stress, 2) the cost of the part, 3) the equivalent stress, 4) the shear stress, and 5) contact pressure.
The complete range of design space options (DOE + optimization) will be determined automatically by modeFRONTIER, and post-processing statistical tools that enable the full evaluation and analysis of the resulting designs will be demonstrated.
